Our solid cocktails are a new product category within food convenience that we have already validated in the Spanish market and are ready to be scaled internationally. Their formula, unique in the world, consists of a liquid spherification surrounded by soft gelatin, allowing one to 'eat a cocktail' instead of drinking it. This achieves an organoleptic experience that evolves in the mouth like a classic drink. Each Jelly contains about 19° of alcohol, which means that having three is equivalent to drinking one cocktail. So far, we have 15 recipes with alcohol and 4 without.
