Snowgroup’s innovative and niche products target critical and unavailable components of planning,
booking, and managing winter ski-trips for local business, skiers, and ski-clubs.
The ski industry suffers from two core issues among others:
Consumers: Do not have access to a complete ski-trip booking platform tailored to the complexity of
their sporting needs.
Business: Lack the marketplace needed to effectively sell, manage, and promote their products and
services directly to their demographic globally.
Through Snowgroups sport-travel booking tools and social e-commerce platform we’ve created a
niche one-stop-shop that makes building a “complete ski-trip” affordable, fun, and easy! It will be the
first ecosystem for 130 million skiers and over 3000 mountains and their local businesses, worldwide.
• Reservewinter, our online travel agency (OTA) product, simplifies the winter travel booking
experience as a multi-mountain aggregator of ski resort. This solution sells products and services
from end to end, including essential transportation (our hook), rentals, activities, lift tickets,
accommodations, and more. This is a curated ‘Expedia’ for skiers. By specializing in booking ground
transport, a required component of every ski trip, we easily and affordably acquire users.
• Snowclub, our membership-based (SaaS) product, acts as the ecosystem around Reservewinter,
combining features of social networking, members-only perks, and an online store, akin to
‘Facebook Marketplace’, ‘Meetup’, and ‘Groupon’. Vendors can create business profiles to sell,
manage, and promote their offerings both online and in-resort. Users can create profiles with many
features such as the ability to buy&sell used and new items, making it a comprehensive hub for
community interaction and relevant transactions in the winter sports market. Snowclub also acts as a
white label for existing ski clubs, centralizing and managing ski-clubs around the world.
On the whole, Snowgroup and its all-in-one winter sports platform will redefine the winter sport-travel
experience, successfully attracting enthusiasts to mountains via a cultural ecosystem that resonates
with the sport.

At Inhale+, we are redefining neonatal respiratory care with a paradigm shifting approach to inhalation therapy for preterm infants. Our team combines deep expertise in inhalation science, medical technology, and clinical application, focusing on delivering solutions to address critical healthcare needs for the most vulnerable patients.
What is the Problem
Every year, 14 million babies are born prematurely, and many suffer from severe respiratory distress. Current inhalation therapies are often ineffective due to low delivery efficiency, meaning infants receive insufficient medication. This limitation often necessitates a shift to invasive, high-risk interventions, which come with significant side effects and can result in long-term health complications.
How We Solve It
Inhale+ has developed a breakthrough, patent-protected inhalation add-on system that optimizes medication delivery directly to the lungs. This non-invasive approach enables efficient, targeted treatment at therapeutic levels, reducing the need for invasive procedures and minimizing side effects. Our technology supports early, preventative care, which is essential for improving outcomes in neonatal respiratory treatment.
Current Status
With successful lab trials completed, showing an improvement of 320% compared to the current inhalation standards, we are gearing up for our first clinical proof-of-concept trial in 2025. Backed by experts in neonatology and pulmonology, Inhale+ is well-positioned to address a vast unmet medical need and market to establish a new standard in neonatal care.
We're currently at the seed stage, funded through non-dilutive sources until early 2026, and planning to initiate an investment round in mid/late 2025. We’d welcome the opportunity to connect beforehand.
