We're offering a digital, evidence-based, peer-supported well-being solution that enhances participants' psychological flexibility and productivity in study and work. The solution addresses the growing global mental health crisis among higher education students and staff ( in the future in B2B companies, too), with traditional mental health support systems failing to meet the need. Psychological flexibility is one of the key future skills of work places, as are the practical time and effort management and social skills. We combine these and bring it to customers and users through pedagogic, evidently impactful programs and services. Our program is research-based, with proven impact and adaptability for different target user groups: students and staff / faculty. We already have had over 1500 users and and currenctly designing our MVP and planning a spin-out from University of Helsinki. Our direct customers (Higher education institutes), health payers and government support structures are increasingly investing in high-ROI preventative solutions so the market is growing fast. We intend to capture some of this growth and bring real impact to both higher education - and through this, future workplaces.
