Job Description

Your responsibilities

  • Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire sales process from initial client contact to closing deals.

  • Relationship Building: Effectively communicate Votech’s vision through product demonstrations, in-market events, and account-specific initiatives.

  • Long Sales Cycles: Successfully navigate complex sales processes involving multiple decision-makers.

  • Travel: Most of the work can be done by telephone and Teams. But we also appreciate willingness to travel for initial client meetings and events when needed.

  • CRM Management: Diligently record all client communications in our CRM, Pipedrive.

  • Sales Forecasting: Accurately forecast sales activity and revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Preferred experiences

Your skillset

  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with our tech stack, including Outlook, MS SharePoint & Teams, Slack, Asana. You should be adaptable and quick to learn new software as we expand our tools.

  • CRM user skills: We use Pipedrive, so understanding of CRM system is needed.

  • Language Skills: Native in Finnish, English fluent, Swedish is a plus but not mandatory.

  • Self-Motivation: You are a self-starter with a risk-taking mentality and a relentless drive to succeed.

  • Passion for Startups: A deep passion for startups and a strong understanding of enterprise software infrastructure.

  • Positive Attitude: High energy and a positive outlook.

  • Initiative: Ability to take the initiative and work independently.
