Job Description

We are hiring a Sales and Automation Specialist to join our dynamic events/tradeshow team!

This hybrid role combines sales expertise with tech-savvy automation skills, perfect for someone with 2–3 years of experience selling booths for events and a passion for leveraging tools like Lemlist to build efficient, data-driven outreach campaigns.

About the Role:

  • Sales & Outreach: Manage the full sales cycle, from identifying prospects to closing deals, focusing on selling booth space and sponsorships for high-profile events/tradeshows.
  • Automation & Data Enrichment: Use tools like Lemlist to build automated outreach campaigns, enrich lead data, and improve CRM workflows.
  • Client Engagement: Confidently jump on calls to pitch, negotiate, and close leads, maintaining excellent client relationships.
  • Reporting & Strategy: Analyze sales funnels, report performance metrics, and propose data-driven improvements.

Preferred experiences

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience selling booth space for events or tradeshows.
  • Expertise in sales automation tools like Lemlist, with a strong understanding of data enrichment and CRM systems.
  • Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Tech-savvy, self-starter with a problem-solving mindset.

Interview process

Interview Process

  1. Initial Screening Call (30 minutes)
    A short call to get to know you, understand your experience and motivation for applying, and assess basic alignment with the role.

  2. Technical & Sales Assessment (1–2 hours)

    • A practical task to showcase your sales skills and tech expertise (e.g., build a sample Lemlist campaign, enrich a dataset, or draft a booth sales pitch).
    • Followed by a discussion to review your approach and thought process.
  3. Final Interview with Leadership (45–60 minutes)
    A deeper conversation with leadership to evaluate cultural fit, discuss expectations, and answer your questions about the role, team, and company goals.
