One of them was the enormous need we saw for a DEI agency that genuinely understands DEI as both a people case and a business case. For true impact, DEI has to be looked at as continuous business development, not a box to tick. Another reason: we needed to build ourselves the kind of company we dreamed of working at, with DEI in its DNA.
