Job Description

You will be the first hire working on AI beyond the Co-Founder / CTO. Hence, this role bears a lot of freedom and impact but also responsibility, and expectations.

Preferred experiences

• 4+ years of experience in a product-focussed software engineering role with a significant AI component
• Experience from a high-growth startup or similarly fast-paced environment
• Master or PhD in a quantitative discipline, with deep knowledge of statistics and ML
• Proficiency in Python and solid knowledge of databases
• Experience with GenAI and AI agents is a plus
• Ability to deliver value fast in an environment where things are sometimes loosely defined and you may have competing priorities or deadlines
• High level of ownership and mentality to “reach for the stars” while operating with a lot of freedom
