Mid-tier supplier companies are drowning in product data requests. Those come to sales, R&D, procurement, etc. Sustainability departments can't answer fast enough (or satisfactorily). Some are using adjacent tools that give very low quality results, which exposes them to greenwashing. We have developed the most learnable LCA tool (used in Harvard and MIT), that can be used outside the LCA department (currently being used in sales departments, R&D, etc). We do so by separating the expert-only tasks (few and time consuming) from those that can be performed by any business professional. This of course required of technical and scientific development that is proprietary to Earthster.
