We are solving the growing Net Zero talent shortage through our proprietary AI technology platform by creating transferable skills and experience intelligence combined with unique industry and company intelligence, starting with helping climate startups in Europe. We have launched our MVP with 3 pilot customers and are initiating a pre-seed investment round this fall. If we all hunt the same small talent group, it will increase costs, lead to job hopping and hinder crucial progress for us all. Talent shortage hinders execution of crucial Net Zero investments.
