You visit a barber, there is a queue. Visit a bank, there is a queue. Visit a restaurant, there are 20 orders ahead of you. We are building a B2B SaaS portal that collects all of the mall's services under one centralized portal, making it easy for people to discover and interact with shops & service providers in the mall; and bring opportunities for the buyers to plan ahead, do multiple things at once and have control over their waiting experience. Our primary focus is on transforming everyday interactions between consumers and businesses by developing tools that make life easier for both. We have developed Jonoon.fi, specializing in digital queue management and NoutoAteria, focusing on online food ordering. Our "aha moment" came when we realized that both of these tools thrive best in places where businesses are interconnected, such as shopping malls, airports, sports arenas. These places attract millions of visitors each year, creating a very consistent and significant user base for both, Jonoon.fi & NoutoAteria. Plus, customers and users of Jonoon.fi and NoutoAteria are already here. Our products are designed keeping in mind that the "time is precious and so is user privacy". In addition to this, majority of services available in the market require people to create an account, remember additional credentials to be able to use them; which we believe is unnecessary in the evolving digital world. We have build Jonoon.fi and NoutoAteria in a way that user's don't need an account on our service to be able to use them. THis makes us much more privacy friendly than any other similar service available in the market, still allowing us to collect anonymous data that will help us and businesses to grow. We are actively fundraising for Go-To-Market.
