Axiology is Vilnius-based capital markets startup leveraging a novel regulatory framework provided by EU DLT Pilot Regime Regulation to operate DLT Trading and Settlement System for tokenized securities providing settlement in tokenized money. Think Target2 Euroclear T2S Deutsche Borse and Interactive Brokers running their respective processes on the shared distributed data infrastructure in a fully vertically integrated compliant business model. Sounds impossible? Think again. We are building capital market infrastructure to facilitate retail investor access to the fixed income market, namely government and corporate bonds market. DLT enables us to eliminate certain elements of risk inherent in securities market and thus provide better trade execution terms that will increase access to fixed income capital market for retail investors and SME issuers. We believe in market efficiency and we believe that providing bigger transparency can resolve endemic problems observed in the bond market.
