Company Description
As a Startup Program Manager, you will be pivotal in shaping and delivering our startup programs. You will manage the end-to-end process, from program design to execution, ensuring that startups receive the support and resources they need to scale. This role requires strategic thinking, operational excellence, and a passion for entrepreneurship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Design & Development: Develop and refine startup programs that align with the company’s mission and goals. This includes creating a curriculum, selecting mentors, and designing workshops.
- Program Management: Lead the execution of startup programs, including planning, organizing, and overseeing all program activities. Ensure that each program is delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Startup Support: Act as the primary point of contact for participating startups, providing guidance, mentorship, and resources to help them succeed. Facilitate connections between startups and relevant stakeholders, including investors, mentors, and industry experts.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with corporate partners, government agencies, investors, and other stakeholders to ensure program success and maintain strong relationships with all program participants and partners.
- Team Leadership: Manage a team of coordinators, mentors, and other support staff. Provide clear direction, motivation, and feedback to ensure the team operates effectively.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track program outcomes and metrics to measure success. Provide regular reports to senior management and stakeholders on program performance and impact.
- Community Engagement: Build and maintain a strong network within the startup ecosystem. Organize events, meetups, and other initiatives to foster community engagement and support for startups.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek feedback from participants and stakeholders to improve program offerings and delivery. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in startup acceleration.
